By accessing or using Yohanun's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Yohanun provides AI infrastructure services including semantic memory runtime, persistent context management, rules engines, APIs, and deployment options.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with our systems.

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.

You retain ownership of your data and are responsible for ensuring you have rights to provide data to our Services.

Fees are charged as described in our pricing. Payments are in EUR with Irish VAT where applicable.

Yohanun retains all rights in the Services. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Services.

We provide Services "as is" except as required by Irish law. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

To the extent permitted by Irish law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance for data export.

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to Irish court jurisdiction, subject to EU consumer rights.
